Codependency is becoming a raising issue we find ourselves getting so lost within our relationships that we tend to forget who we are outside of that relationship. It is crucial for us to maintain our own identity within our relationships and be able to stay true to ourselves regardless of our surroundings. In this episode I talk about how to recognize signs of codependency within yourselves. I also share a few tips on how to prioritize you and get comfortable within your own skin.
